  Bubblehouse ID, when already known.

• appid string optional

  Bubblehouse integration identity, such as awtomic.0 or awtomic.2. Key-only values such as awtomic are accepted as instance 0. Custom subscription API callers normally omit this.

• appids string optional

  Object ID in the subscription system.

• shopid string optional

  Object ID in the ecommerce system, in the same format used by the Order API.
