Simple: you earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, and that rate climbs as you move up tiers (up to 1.75 points per $1 as a Super Fan). Subscribers earn even faster thanks to a tier-based multiplier — up to 2x. When you're ready to cash in, 100 points = $5 off.
Every purchase you make at verbenergy.com earns points, as long as you're logged into your account. A few exclusions may apply, but we'll always flag it if something doesn't earn.
They do. On top of your standard earn rate, subscription orders get a multiplier that grows with your tier — 1.25x at Freshie all the way to 2x at Super Fan. Your loyalty points stack right on top of your subscriber discount.
Any points you earned on that order come back off your account.

It's a flat $5 for every member, whatever your tier. Members who've shared their birthday get invited to redeem it around their birthday. We send it by email, so make sure you're opted in to marketing emails — instructions come in that message.
Every so often we run points-promotion days where you earn extra on what you buy. Every member gets them; higher tiers get more.
Yes — points expire 12 months after they land in your account, on a rolling basis. Use them (or redeem them for a reward) before then to make the most of them.
Yes. Add your loyalty pass to Apple Wallet to track your points, tier, and rewards on the go — and grab +40 points just for setting it up. It updates automatically as you earn, level up, and unlock new offers.
Give $20, get $20. Type a friend's email into the referral field and hit send, or copy your referral link and share it directly. Your friend gets $20 off their first order of $50+, and once they complete that purchase, you get a $20 reward too. If you're not logged in, add your own email before sharing so we know who to credit.
