Your tier status is based on your total spending with JOYMODE. The more you invest in your performance, the higher your tier! Check out the spending thresholds for each tier in the program description above.
Your tier status will reset every 12 months on a rolling basis, so make sure you stay consistent with your orders to maintain your tier and all the performance perks that come with it. Just like your results — consistency is everything.
It's straightforward: For every dollar you spend on eligible purchases, you earn points. Earned points convert into discount codes you can apply to future purchases. Depending on your tier status, you earn points at faster rates than standard — meaning more rewards for your commitment to performance.
All purchases made on tryjoymode.com count for points. You need to be logged into your account when you purchase for points to be added. Some exclusions may apply, but you'll be explicitly notified if a purchase doesn't count for points.
Upon return of an item, the spend applied to your tier status for the original purchase, as well as any points earned from the purchase, will be deducted from your account.
Voting is a way to earn points by sharing your feedback with us. When you answer questions we ask about products, performance, or preferences, you'll get points awarded to your account. Your input helps us build better products — and you get rewarded for it.

If you pause your subscription, you'll continue earning points on any one-time purchases you make, but you won't earn the subscriber bonus points during the pause period. Your tier status remains intact, and all accumulated points stay in your account. When you resume your subscription, you'll immediately start earning bonus points again.
