Your tier status is determined by how many points you collect by shopping with our store and completing our loyalty activities and achievements. The more points you get, the higher your tier status will be. Take a look at our thresholds for tiers in the program description above.
Yep, your tier status will not change after you earned it! Even if your points expire, you will not lose the tier status that you have gotten to.
It’s simple: For every dollar you spend on eligible purchases, you earn points. You can also collect points by engaging with the us on social and referring friends! These points are converted into promotional redemption reward dollars, which you can apply toward future purchases or free products. Depending on your tier status, you may earn points at faster rates than standard, meaning more points for fewer dollars spent!
All purchases made on trubar.com count toward points. You can also upload your receipts from any retailer to earn more. Make sure you are logged into your account to have your points added. Some exclusions may apply.
Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to your tier status for the original purchase will be deducted from your account.
When you pause your subscription, you’ll retain your current tier. If you continue, you’ll resume progressing through the reward tiers. However, if you cancel your subscription, your rewards will reset to Day 0 if you choose to restart.
Voting is another cool way for you to earn points for free. If you answer questions that we ask you, you’ll get points awarded to your account. It’s super simple!

All members who have provided their birthday information will be invited to redeem a birthday surprise during the month of their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from us. Instructions on redemption will be provided in the email.
Yes, points expire on a 1-year rolling basis. This means they will expire exactly one year after the date you earn them. Be sure to redeem your points before they expire to make the most of your rewards!
Looking to do something nice for your friends and family? Share your unique referral link, and they’ll get $15 off their first purchase of $75 or more. As a thank-you, you’ll receive $15 in points for every qualifying referral!
