It’s this simple: For every pound you spend on eligible purchases, you earn points. Points can be redeemed according to the rules for equivalent discount codes, which can be applied directly to your next purchase. Depending on your tier status, you can earn points at faster rates than standard, meaning more points for less money spent! Points earned through the rewards program have no cash value and cannot be transferred to others.

All of your qualified purchases made on uk.store.tapo.com will count for points. To ensure your points are added to your account, please make sure you are logged in before making a purchase. Points are calculated based on the final purchase amount, excluding taxes and shipping fees. Some exclusions may apply, but you will be clearly notified if a purchase does not count towards earning points.

If you return an item or cancel an order, the points earned from that purchase will be reversed or decreased. Points will also be deducted for partial refunds due to price adjustments. The tier status will be adjusted accordingly. Please be aware that any misuse of points through repeated returns or cancellations may lead to restrictions on your account, and you may pay for the return shipping fee and not receive a full refund upon return.

Yes, your points will expire 12 calendar months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them.

No, the points you earned on different accounts cannot be combined or aggregated for any reason.

Achievements allow you to complete specific tasks and earn extra points upon completion. Take a look at all the available Achievements you have to complete and start ticking them off one by one. We will give your friends £5 off on their first order over £50, and you'll earn £5 for each successful referral. So if your friends order £50, they only pay £45! Plus, you can receive an extra 1,000 points for your first successful referral. Please note that self-referrals are not allowed, and attempting to do so may result in the suspension of your account.
