How do I join?

Simply click the Join Now button at the top of this page to get started. You will be directed to create a new account. There is no cost to joining, and you earn 25 points upon signing up.

Those who already have accounts on our site will be automatically enrolled.

How do the loyalty levels work?

There are three levels: Enthusiast, Devotee, Obssesed.

Each tier is based on your spend on this store and you will start to accumulate points and rewards the day you sign up or since the launch of EDIT STATUS.

You will move up the levels and benefits as soon as you meet the points level.

To maintain your benefit level your annual spend will be calculated one year after your sign-up date as adjusted accordingly.

How can I earn points?

Many actions will earn you points within our loyalty program and we are always adding new ways! To view the complete list of ways to earn on our EDIT Status Page.

For Spending: 1 AED spent = 1 Loyalty Point

How do I redeem points?

Once you have accumulated enough points to redeem a reward, you can simply redeem your reward at checkout.

Remember that you’ll need to be logged into your account to see your available points. Please note, the minimum amount needed to redeem points is 50 AED.

What happens to my points when I make a return?

We hope you love every purchase, but in the event you need to make a return, the points value of the returned product will be deducted from your balance.

How do I check my points balance?

Your EDIT Status balance is displayed on the tab on your 'My Account' page and also our EDIT STATUS page.

Do my points expire?

As long as you have an active account, your points will not expire.

Your EDIT Status account will only be determined as inactive after there have been no changes to your point balance after 1 year.

When do new points post to my account?

In most cases you will see new points added to your account immediately after completing the points-eligible action. Points earned for placing an order will be updated once the status of your order updates to “fulfilled”

How does Curated By You work?

We love seeing your products and how you use them. For Curated By You points simply post and share across your social media and tag #Skincareeditcurated

Include Your Social account name / handle
Attach Photo/video shared on social media or even better the Social link for your post.
Provide us with a Skincare Edit order number so we can allocate the points to your account

You earn 200 points for Images, 300 points for Videos

Your points will be added within 2-5 days. We may require additional information.

A maximum of 600 points can be earned per year through Curated By You.

I left a review, why didn't I earn points?

In order to earn points from reviews, you must have purchased the item from us within your account.

Only Verified Reviews can earn points, i.e. purchased from the same account. Once your review is verified and reflected on the site, your newly earned points will be shown within your EDIT Status History within your account.

If you left a review and are still not seeing your points, reach out to customercare@theskincareedit.ae and we will look into the matter for you.

When does the AED 50 Refer A Friend credit post to my account?

Once your referral makes a successful purchase via the link you sent them, you will be notified via email that you have 1,000 new points available in your account. That’s equal to AED 50.

Will I receive points for purchases I have made prior to signing up for the loyalty program?

Points will begin accumulating for all customers starting on the program launch date of August 29th, 2024.

For customers who are already members, you will be gifted 100 points as a token of appreciation.

How do I spend my credit?

When you’re ready to spend your points, you need a minimum of 1,000 points, fill your shopping bag and head to the checkout. You’ll have the option there to redeem points into credit.

What can I redeem?

For every 1,000 Status Points you earn, you’re eligible for AED50 credit on www.theskincareedit.ae

Once you have accumulated enough Edit Status Points, you can redeem points for store credit in increments of AED 50.

The redemption structure is illustrated below:

1,000 Status Points = AED 50
2,000 Status Points = AED 100
3,000 Status Points = AED 150
4,000 Status Points = AED 200
5,000 Status Points = AED 250
10,000 Status Points = AED 500

You can gain access to credit through filling your bag and heading to the checkout page, where you can redeem points for credit at the check-out / cart page.

How do I maintain my Benefits Level?

Your EDIT Status Level will be valid for 12 months from the date you entered that Level.

During this 12-month period, you’ll need to earn the qualifying number of Status Points to remain in that Level, or you’ll risk being moved down a Level.

· To maintain EDIT ENTHUSIAST, you need to earn a minimum of 25 Edit Points
· To maintain EDIT DEVOTEE you need to earn a minimum of 3,000 Edit Points
· To maintain EDIT OBSESSED you need to earn a minimum of 6,000 Status Points

If you do not meet the qualifying Status Points total within 12 months, you will automatically be moved down a Level(s). If you’re opted-in to our marketing communications, we will email you a reminder before your Level expiration date.

Please note you may also move down a Level due to a refund.

Why have I been removed from Edit Status?

Through standard checks, customers that have been flagged as breaching the Terms & Conditions, are being removed from our loyalty programme.

How do I opt out of Edit Status?

At present, you cannot 'Opt Out' of Edit Status but if you prefer to not receive our emails, please contact us and we’ll simply update your contact preferences.
