The Longevity Club is our free loyalty program designed to reward you for shopping and engaging with Longevity Club. Members earn points on eligible purchases and activities, unlock additional benefits across four tiers, and can redeem points for store credit or selected free products.

Create a Longevity Club account and you’ll automatically join the program at the Vital tier. Membership is free, with no minimum spend and no subscription required.

On eligible one-time purchases, you earn 1 point for every $1 spent across all tiers. Subscription orders earn points faster based on your tier: 1.25x at Vital, 1.5x at Radiant, 1.75x at Luminous, and 3x at Timeless. The redemption value is $0.025 per point, so 200 points = $5, 400 points = $10, 600 points = $15, and 1,000 points = $25.

Your tier is based on qualifying spend during a rolling 12-month period. Vital starts when you create an account. Radiant unlocks at $200 spend OR active subscription, Luminous at $450 spend OR 3 subscription orders, and Timeless at $750 spend OR 5 subscription orders.

Vital includes 1.25x earning on subscription orders and 200 birthday points. Radiant adds 1.5x subscription earning, 300 birthday points, a 120-point first-time upgrade bonus, early access to sales and new products, and partner wellness benefits. Luminous adds 1.75x subscription earning, 400 birthday points, a 200-point first-time upgrade bonus, free shipping, and access to selected VIP event lotteries. Timeless adds 3x subscription earning, 600 birthday points, a 400-point first-time upgrade bonus, a rotating full-size gift, and access to selected live brand events. Each tier keeps the benefits from the tiers below it.

Yes. Your remaining points balance expires after 365 days without qualifying loyalty activity. Qualifying activity resets the inactivity clock, giving active members more time to use their points.

If an order is fully or partially refunded, points earned from the refunded line items are deducted from your account and qualifying tier spend is recalculated. If you already used those points, your points balance may become negative.

Selected Happy Aging products can be redeemed with points at the values shown in your Rewards dashboard. Product availability may vary. When you have enough points for an eligible product, select the reward and use the generated code at checkout.

Yes. Eligible Rewards credit can be applied to an upcoming subscription cycle through the “Apply to Subscription” option. One Rewards redemption can be applied per subscription cycle.

Rewards credit can be combined with eligible promotional discounts when both discounts are configured as combinable at checkout. Percentage-based achievement rewards, such as 15% or 25% off, are limited to one percentage promotional discount at a time.

Share your referral link with a friend. Your friend receives $25 off their first qualifying order of $75 or more. Once the referral is approved after the referred customer completes a valid qualifying purchase, you receive $25 worth of points — 1,000 points — in your Longevity Club account.

No separate claim is required. Once the qualifying referral is approved, the 1,000 referral points are added automatically to your Longevity Club account.
