Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to your tier status for the original purchase will be deducted from your account.

All members who have provided their birthday information will be invited to redeem a birthday surprise during the month of their birthday. Yes, your points will expire 12 calendar months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them.
