Rewards Club is our free loyalty program that makes pleasure even more rewarding. Earn points whenever you shop, unlock better perks as you move through the tiers, and redeem your rewards toward future purchases and free products.
Joining is easy and free! Create a Sextoy.com account and you’ll automatically become a Rewards Club member at the Crush tier. Once you’re signed in, you can start earning points on eligible purchases.
Every member earns points with every dollar spent, birthday rewards, and access to Double Points Days. As you spend more and move up through the tiers, you’ll unlock faster point earning, bigger birthday rewards, and early access to select sales and products.
Rewards Club has three tiers:
- Crush: Join for free and earn 1x points, 5% back, a $5 birthday reward, and access to Double Points Days.
- Chemistry: Spend $200 to earn 1.25x points, 6.25% back, a $10 birthday reward, Double Points Days, and early access to select sales and products.
- Obsession: Spend $500 to earn 1.5x points, 7.5% back, a $15 birthday reward, Double Points Days, and early access to select sales and products.
Your tier is based on your eligible spending at Sextoy.com. You’ll begin at Crush when you sign up, reach Chemistry after $200 in eligible spending, and unlock Obsession after $500 in eligible spending.
Eligible spending excludes taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, returns, refunds, and any purchases otherwise excluded from Rewards Club.

Once you reach a Rewards Club tier, that tier is yours for life. You will not be downgraded based on future spending.

You’ll earn 1 point for every eligible dollar spent. Chemistry and Obsession members earn points even faster with their tier’s point multiplier. Once you’ve earned enough points, you can redeem them toward eligible future purchases or select product rewards.

Eligible purchases made on Sextoy.com earn points when you’re signed in to your account. Points are generally earned on eligible merchandise after discounts. Taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, returned or refunded purchases, and certain products or promotions may be excluded. Any additional exclusions will be disclosed when applicable.
If you return, cancel, or receive a refund for an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your Rewards Club balance. If you used a reward on the returned order, the reward may not be returned or reissued.
Your points can do more than take money off an order, they can also unlock select free products. Once you have enough points, choose an available product reward and redeem it to receive a code. Add the qualifying product to your cart and enter the code at checkout to make it yours.

During select Double Points Days, you’ll earn twice the points you would normally earn based on your Rewards Club tier on eligible purchases. Keep an eye on your inbox for upcoming dates and offer details. Make sure you’re subscribed to marketing emails!

Yes. Points expire 12 months after the date they are added to your Rewards Club account, so don’t leave pleasure, or rewards, waiting too long. Sign in to check your balance and redeem your points before they expire!
