Whenever you purchase some of our fabulous fabrics, you’ll earn points. However, you cannot earn or spend points on the purchase or use of Gift Cards on our site. The minimum spend to be able to use your points is £100.

If you return an item, the points and rewards you earned from that order will be taken off your total rewards balance. Any points that you used in an order that was returned will also be credited back to your account.

We love hearing what you think. Every now and then, we may ask you questions, and when you share your thoughts, we’ll add points to your account to say thanks. You might even get the chance to vote on new products (a sneak peek at lovely new things).

If you’ve popped your birthday into your account, our gift to you is lots of lovely points, which can be turned into money off your next purchase. Make sure you have signed up to our emails so we can let you know about your surprise. If you have unsubscribed from our mailing list, we won’t be able to share your birthday gift.

Yes, your points will last for 12 months from the day they’re added. We’d hate for you to miss out, so make sure you use them in plenty of time. We will always send you a reminder up to 2 weeks before your points are about to expire.

Sharing is caring. You can send your unique referral link to friends and family, giving them a discount on their first order. Once they make a purchase, we’ll thank you with bonus points added to your account.
