Revive Rewards is our free loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop. The more you spend, the more rewards and benefits you earn, that you can apply directly with us! Simple and easy.
All you need to do to join our loyalty and rewards program is to create an account with us! Simply follow the instructions to make an account with Revive Collagen and you’ll automatically be enrolled in loyalty so you can start earning points immediately.
The more you shop, the more benefits you earn! You’ll be able to earn points for any purchases you make and unlock new rewards by leveling up in our program and interacting with our features. The full list of benefits and rewards can be found in above, so you can see exactly what you stand to earn!
Your tier status is determined by how many points you earn by shopping with our store and completing our loyalty activities and achievements. The more points you get, the higher your tier status will be. Take a look at our thresholds for tiers in the program description above.
Yep, your tier status will not change after you earned it! Even if your points expire, you will not lose the tier status that you have gotten to.
It’s this simple: For every dollar or pound you spend on eligible purchases, you earn points. Earned points are converted into promotional redemption award dollars/pound. You can apply these reward dollars to future purchases you make to make more out of your purchases. Depending on your tier status, you can be earning points at faster rates than standard, meaning more points for less dollars/pounds spent!!
All of your purchases made on the Revive Collagen website and at our stores will count for points. You need to make sure you are logged into your account or that you tell the sales associate your loyalty program details for your points to be added to your account. Some exclusions may apply, but you will be explicitly notified if a purchase does not count for points.
Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to your tier status for the original purchase will be deducted from your account.
Voting is another cool way for you to earn points for free. If you answer questions that we ask you, you’ll get points awarded to your account. It’s super simple!
Your points are very versatile! Not only can you use points to upgrade your tier and receive dollars/pounds off your purchases, points can also be used to redeem free products from us. If you’ve earned enough points to unlock a free product, simply click the product you want and it will be added to your cart FOR FREE.
Achievements allow you to complete specific tasks and earn cool rewards upon completion. Take a look at all the available Achievements you have to complete and start ticking them off one by one to truly master the loyalty game by unlocking some amazing rewards. Each Achievement tells you what you need to do to unlock it and what rewards you will get once the Achievement is unlocked.
All members who have provided their birthday information will be invited to redeem a birthday surprise during the month of their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from us. Instructions on redemption will be provided in the email.
Yes, your points will expire 6 calendar months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them.
If you want to do something nice for your friends and family, you can share your unique link with them so that they get a discount on their first purchase. Share your link via email, phone number, or our different social media options and receive points in your account when the person you refer makes a qualifying purchase.
