How does the Puffco referral program work?
Refer a friend and you will both receive a $30 benefit. Your friend gets $30 off their first order of $150 or more. Once their qualifying purchase is complete, you will receive a $30 store credit redeemable exclusively on Puffco.com. Full terms and conditions found here: puffco.com/pages/referral-program-terms

Who is eligible to participate?
Any existing Puffco customer can refer friends. Your friend must be a new customer making their first purchase on puffco.com.

What products qualify for the referral discount?
To use the $30 discount, your friend must include at least one qualifying device — Pivot, Peak, Proxy, Build Your Own Proxy Kit, or Peak Pro — in their $150+ cart. As the referrer, you can use your earned reward on any Puffco product — excluding new releases until after the 30 day period.

Can I stack multiple referral rewards?
Yes! You can stack rewards from multiple successful referrals. For example, two referrals equal a $60 discount that can be used on a single future order.

Can I use referral rewards towards new product releases?
Yes — referral rewards and your friend's $30 discount can be used starting 30 days after a product has launched.

How many referral rewards can I earn?
You can earn up to ten (10) referral rewards ($300 total) per calendar year.

Do my rewards expire?
Yes, rewards expire 12 months after they are issued.

Can referral rewards be combined with other offers or sales?
No, referral discounts cannot be combined with other promotions (420 Sale and Black Friday Sale), device sales, clearance items, or products already discounted.

What happens if someone abuses the referral program?
Abuse of the referral program includes, but is not limited to:
  • Referring yourself using multiple email addresses or accounts
  • Posting referral links or codes on coupon, discount, or deal-promotion websites
  • Sharing referral links or codes on public social platforms or websites
  • Attempting to fraudulently generate rewards or bypass program rules
  • Using the referral program for affiliate, commercial, or promotional business activities — the program is intended for personal use only
If abuse is detected:
  • A first violation will result in a warning
  • A second violation will result in permanent removal from the program, forfeiture of any accrued rewards, and a permanent ban from future participation

What is new in the updated referral program?
The biggest change is that referrers can now stack multiple rewards on a single order. Previously, only one reward could be used per order.

What happens to the referral rewards I earned before the update?
You should have received an email with instructions about your rewards accumulated between January 2023 and June 2025. If you did not receive an email, please contact our support team at support@puffco.com for assistance.
