You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, plus bonus points for activities like creating an account (20 points), referring friends (15 points), and leaving reviews (10 points). You can redeem your points for discounts at checkout, with every point worth $0.10 off your order.

Can I use my points on subscription orders?
Yes! You can absolutely use your points to get discounts on your subscription orders, just like any other purchase. Just create your custom discount code above based on the amount of points you would like to use. Copy the code, log in to your subscription portal and paste the discount code to apply to your next delivery.

Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire after 6 months of inactivity. Make sure to use them or earn new points to keep your account active and your points from expiring.

What's the difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2 membership?
Tier 1 is for all customers and includes standard point earning (1x multiplier) and 25 birthday bonus points. Tier 2 is for subscribers and includes enhanced benefits: 1.25x points multiplier, 1.5x referral multiplier, 50 birthday bonus points, early access to new products and discounts, plus exclusive invitations and free gifting opportunities.

How does the referral program work?
When you refer a friend, you earn $15 in points (150 points) and your friend gets $15 off their first purchase of $40 or more. It's a win-win for both of you!
