What is MyTrime Rewards Club?
MyTrime Rewards Club is our free loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop. The more you spend, the more rewards and benefits you earn, that you can apply directly with us! Simple and easy.
How do I join the loyalty program?
All you need to do to join our loyalty and rewards program is to create an account with us! Simply follow the instructions to make an account with MyTrime and you’ll automatically be enrolled in loyalty so you can start earning points immediately.
What benefits do I get in the loyalty program?
The more you shop, the more benefits you earn! You’ll be able to earn points for any purchases you make and unlock new rewards by leveling up in our program and interacting with our features. The full list of benefits and rewards can be found in above, so you can see exactly what you stand to earn!
How is my tier status determined?
Your tier status depends on whether you have an active subscription with us:
Basic Tier: You get this automatically right after registration. It’s your starting point where you begin collecting your first benefits.
Absolute Tier: You reach this level as soon as you become our subscriber. This unlocks maximum point multipliers, free shipping on all subscriptions, and exclusive early access to new products.
Is my tier status for life?
Your Absolute tier status remains active as long as you have an ongoing subscription. We don't downgrade you based on points or spending because the only requirement is your active subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you will simply move back to our Basic tier until you're ready to subscribe again.
How do points work?
It’s this simple: For every euro you spend on eligible purchases, you earn points. Earned points are converted into promotional redemption award euros. You can apply these reward euros to future purchases you make to make more out of your purchases. Depending on your tier status, you can be earning points at faster rates than standard, meaning more points for less euros spent!
Do all purchases count for points?
All of your purchases made on mytrime.com will count for points. You need to make sure you are logged into your account. Some exclusions may apply, but you will be explicitly notified if a purchase does not count for points.
What happens if I return my items?
Upon the return of an item, any points earned from the purchase will be deducted from your account. Your tier status remains tied to your active subscription and is not affected by returns.
What are those free products that I can redeem?
Your points are very versatile! Your points can be used to receive dollars off your purchases or to redeem free products from us. Once you’ve earned enough points to unlock a free product, simply redeem it to receive a coupon code that lets you claim the item at checkout at no cost!
Can I revert my free product redemption?
Yes, but you'll need to contact our customer support at info@mytrime.com to do so. Free product redemptions cannot be cancelled on your own through your account. We will be happy to help you revert any redemption! Just reach out and let us know which one you'd like to cancel.
How will I receive my birthday gift?
All members who have provided their birthday information will be invited to redeem a gift on their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from us. Instructions on redemption will be provided in the email.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire 12 calendar months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them.
How do referrals work?
If you want to do something nice for your friends and family, you can share your unique link with them so that they get a discount on their first purchase. Share your link via email or our different social media options and receive points in your account when the person you refer makes a qualifying purchase.
