Maya Chia Rewards is our loyalty program. By becoming a member, you get access to exclusive perks and earn rewards and benefits with every purchase.
How do I join the loyalty program?
To join, simply navigate to our VIP Rewards page to make an account with Maya Chia and start earning points immediately. If you already have an account, you will start earning points from the day you made your account with us, or the day we launched the program, whichever is later. If you had an account before we launched, we’ve gifted you 400 points to welcome you into the program.
What benefits do I get from the loyalty program?
As a member, you will earn points for any purchases you make, this includes completing special actions like following us on Instagram. These points can then be redeemed for promotions and free gifts. Being a member also comes with benefits like a lower threshold for free shipping. You can unlock new rewards by entering higher tiers of our program, including getting 1:1 advice from Susanne herself. How is my tier status determined?
The more you shop with us, the higher your tier status will be. Please refer to our program description on the VIP Rewards page to find the thresholds for our tiers.
Is my tier status for life?
Your tier status will reset every year, on the date you joined the program.
How do referrals work?
We hope you spread your love for Maya Chia. Give your friends $20 off their first order by sharing your unique link and receive $20 (in points) when they make their first purchase. Please note that referrals are only applicable to new customers making a minimum purchase of $70.
I referred a friend but haven’t received my reward, what happened?
If you haven’t received your points yet, there could be a few reasons
Your friend did not click on the referral link
Your friend’s purchase did not reach the spending minimum ($70)
You entered a different email address than the one tied to your loyalty account (if you were logged out of your account when generating the referral link). If this is the case we recommend reaching out to info@mayachia.com about this, and they can credit you manually with the amount of points you would have gotten for the referral.
please confirm that your referred friend has clicked on the referral link and made a purchase that reaches the spending minimum.
How do I earn points?
For every dollar you spend on eligible purchases, you earn points. All account holders earn at least 1 point per $1 spent, and those at higher loyalty tiers earn points faster. You can also earn points by taking special actions like following us on Instagram - see our program description for the full list.
How do I redeem points?
Earned points can be converted into different perks. You can redeem points into a dollar-value reward credit (e.g., 200 pts can be redeemed for $10 of reward credits). Simply use the slider on your account page to enter the number of points you want to redeem and generate the credit code, which will be emailed to you or directly applied to your next purchase. Please note that you can only redeem 500 points at once / on a single order. You can also redeem your points for free products.
Do all purchases count for points?
All purchases made on our site will count for points - just ensure you are logged into your account. Unfortunately, purchases made through a retailer do not earn points.
What happens if I return my items?
Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to your tier status and any corresponding points from the purchase will be deducted from your account.
What are the free products that I can redeem?
Along with being converted to reward dollars, points can also be redeemed for free products. If you’ve earned enough points, simply go to your loyalty account and click the product you want to be added to your cart for free.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire 12 calendar months after they were added to your account on a rolling basis. But don’t worry, we’ll email you reminders as your points get close to expiring to ensure you don't miss out on using them for purchases or redemptions.
