Yes, your tier status will not change after you earn it! Even if your hearts expire, you will not lose the tier status that you have earned.
All members who have provided their birthday information will be invited to redeem a birthday surprise during the month of their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from us. Instructions on redemption will be provided in the email.
Yes, your hearts will expire 12 calendar months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your hearts for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them.
If you want to do something nice for your friends and family, you can share your unique link with them so that they get a discount on their first purchase. Share your link via email, phone number, or our different social media options and receive hearts in your account when the person you refer makes a qualifying purchase.
