Your tier status is determined by how many points you earn by shopping with us and completing our loyalty activities and achievements. The more points you get, the higher your tier status will be. Take a look at our thresholds for tiers in the program description above.
Your tier status is based on an annual basis, so make sure that you always have enough points earned to maintain your tier and all the amazing perks you have!
It’s this simple: For every dollar you spend on eligible purchases, you earn points. Earned points are converted into promotional redemption award dollars. You can apply these reward dollars to future purchases you make to make more out of your purchases. Depending on your tier status, you can earn points at faster rates than standard, meaning more points for less dollars spent!!
All of your purchases made on ketobrick.com will count for points. You need to make sure you are logged into your account for all purchases so that these points can be applied to your loyalty program!
Your points are very versatile! Not only can you use points to upgrade your tier and receive discounts off your purchases, points can also be used to redeem free products from us. If you’ve earned enough points to unlock a free product, simply click the product you want, and it will be added to your cart FOR FREE!
All members who have provided their birthday information will be invited to redeem a birthday surprise during the month of their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from us. Instructions on redemption will be provided in the email.
Yes, your points will expire 6 calendar months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them.
If you want to do something nice for your friends and family, you can share your unique link with them so that they get a discount on their first purchase. Share your link via email, phone number, or our different social media options and receive points in your account when the person you refer makes a qualifying purchase.
When you select the point value you would like to redeem via the slider functionality and click redeem, those points will immediately be subtracted from your point balance.
