How do I start earning Green Points?
To start earning loyalty points simply create an account or log in to your existing account. You’ll then automatically earn points when you shop online and when you take other actions, such as following us on Facebook.

How many Green Points do I need to claim a voucher?
We've changed the way our rewards work to better suit you! You can now redeem any points balance to get money off your order. Simply scroll up to the Exchange Points section above to redeem your points today.

Do Green Points & gift vouchers expire?
Your Green Points will expire after 6 months. If you convert your points into a voucher it will expire after 12 months. Make sure you are signed up to receive emails from us to receive notification that your points are expiring.

How do I find a previously redeemed loyalty voucher?
If you exchanged your points for a loyalty voucher after 13th February 2024 you can locate your voucher by clicking the Rewards History button above.

If you exchanged your points for a loyalty voucher before 13th February 2024 please contact our customer care team who will be happy to locate your voucher for you.

Please note, loyalty vouchers expire 12 months from the date they were redeemed.
