All of your purchases made on gaiaherbs.com will count for points. You need to make sure you are logged into your account. Some exclusions may apply, but you will be explicitly notified if a purchase does not count for points.

Upon the return of an item, any points that were either earned or redeemed on the order will be reverted and adjusted.

All members who have provided their birthday information will be invited to redeem a birthday surprise during the month of their birthday. Yes, your points will expire 12 calendar months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them.

Share your link via email, phone number, or our different social media options and receive points in your account when the person you refer makes a qualifying purchase.

Purchases, reviews and other actions completed prior to the official launch of the Gaia Herbs Wellness Rewards Program are not eligible to earn points.
