How is my tier status determined?

Your tier status is determined by the number of Frankies Points you earn from shopping with us and completing loyalty activities and achievements. The more Frankies Points you earn, the higher your tier status becomes. Check out the tier thresholds in the program description above.

Is my tier status for life?

No. Your tier status resets on a one-year rolling basis, so make sure you have enough points to maintain your tier and all the amazing perks that come with it!

How do Frankies Points work?

For every dollar spent on eligible purchases, you'll earn Frankies Points, which can be converted into reward dollars to use toward future purchases. Depending on your tier status, you can earn Frankies Points even faster, meaning more rewards with every dollar you spend!

Do all purchases count toward Frankies Points?

All purchases made on our website count toward earning Frankies Points. To ensure your Frankies Points are added to your Bikini Bank, please make sure you're logged into your account when shopping online. Some exclusions may apply, but you'll be explicitly notified if a purchase is ineligible for points.

What happens if I return my items?

When you return an item, the points associated with the amount spent on the original purchase will be deducted from your account and will no longer count toward your tier status.

Can I transfer my Frankies Points?

No. Frankies Points can only be earned on purchases made while logged into your account and cannot be transferred to other accounts. Your Frankies Bikinis Rewards membership can only be associated with one account. Points earned on multiple accounts cannot be combined.

What happens to my existing benefits when I move up to a higher tier?

Each time you reach a new tier level, you'll continue enjoying all the benefits from your previous tiers as well.

Achievements let you complete specific tasks and earn rewards along the way. Explore all the available achievements and start checking them off to unlock exclusive benefits. Each achievement outlines the tasks required and the rewards you'll receive upon completion.

How will I receive my birthday gift?

All members who have provided their birthday information will receive a special birthday surprise during their birthday month. You'll be notified by email, so it's important to opt into our marketing emails. Instructions for redemption will be included in the email.

Do my Frankies Points expire?

Yes, your points will expire 12 calendar months after they're added to your account. Be sure to use your points for purchases or redemptions before they expire to get the most out of your rewards.

How do I cancel my Frankies Bikinis Rewards account?

Click "Opt Out" in the Opt Out section of the Frankies Bikinis Rewards page within your account. Please note that you'll lose all rewards, Frankies Points, and benefits, and these cannot be recovered once lost.

How do I redeem my birthday reward, and when does it expire?

Your birthday reward will be added to your account as Frankies Points on your birthday. You can redeem them at checkout or on the Frankies Bikinis Rewards page. Birthday rewards are valid for 12 months from the date they’re issued.
