FOND Famille is our free loyalty program created to thank you for being part of our community. Earn points when you shop and complete simple actions. Redeem points for rewards on future orders. The more you shop, the more you earn. All you need to do to join our loyalty and rewards program is to create an account with us!
Yes! All of your purchases made on the website AND in-store will count for points. You need to make sure you are logged into your account when you purchase. See the in-store receipt upload area for gaining points for in-store purchases. Some exclusions may apply, but you will be notified if a purchase does not count for points.
The more you shop, the more benefits you earn! You’ll be able to earn points for any purchases you make and unlock new rewards by leveling up in our program and interacting with our features. The full list of benefits and rewards can be found above.
Your tier status is based on your total spending with our store after you join. The more you shop, the higher your tier! Check out the spending thresholds for each tier in the program description above.
Upon the return of an item, any points earned from the purchase will be deducted from your account.
Your points are very versatile! Not only can you use points to upgrade your tier and receive dollars off your purchases, but points can also be used to redeem free products from us. Once you’ve earned enough points to unlock a free product, simply redeem it to receive a coupon code that lets you claim the item at checkout at no cost!
All members who have provided their birthday information will be invited to redeem a gift on their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from us. Instructions on redemption will be provided in the email.
Yes, your points will expire 12 months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them.
If you want to do something nice for your friends and family, you can share a discount code with them so that they get a discount on their first purchase. Share a discount via email or our different social media options and receive points in your account when the person you refer makes a qualifying purchase.
