There are many ways to earn points through The Pack. In addition to earning points on purchases, you can earn rewards by creating an account, following Fera on social media, leaving reviews, referring friends, signing up for email or SMS, starting Autoship, downloading your Apple Wallet pass, and more. New earning opportunities may be added throughout the year.

Points earned through The Pack can be redeemed for rewards and discounts. Every point you earn brings you closer to savings on future purchases, free products, and exclusive member rewards.

Yes. One of the biggest improvements in The Pack is the ability to redeem points on both one-time purchases and Autoship deliveries, giving members more flexibility when using their rewards.

If you were a member of our previous rewards program, your eligible Smile.io points have already been transferred to The Pack. Your rewards balance is waiting for you in your account and can now be redeemed on both one-time purchases and Autoship orders.

Yes. Points expire on a rolling 12-month basis. We'll send reminders before points expire so you have plenty of time to redeem your rewards before they're removed from your account.

Points can be redeemed for discounts, free products, exclusive rewards, and savings on future purchases. Available rewards may vary over time and can be viewed directly in your Rewards Dashboard.

The Pack includes four membership tiers: Furry Friend, Loyal Companion, Best in Show, and Inner Circle. Every member starts as a Furry Friend and can unlock additional tiers by reaching spending milestones or becoming an Autoship subscriber. Higher tiers unlock more valuable rewards, faster earning rates, and additional perks.

You'll automatically move up through the tiers as you engage with Fera and reach the required milestones. Your progress toward the next tier can be viewed anytime in your Rewards Dashboard.

As you move up through The Pack, you'll earn points faster and unlock additional benefits. Depending on your tier, perks may include larger birthday rewards, bonus receipt upload points, free shipping, early access to sales, early access to new product launches, free gifts, and Ask-a-Vet priority access.

Inner Circle is the highest membership tier within The Pack and is reserved exclusively for Autoship subscribers. Members receive the highest point earning rate, premium perks, and access to exclusive rewards not available in lower tiers.

The Pack's Referral Program rewards you for sharing Fera with fellow pet parents. Friends receive $15 off their first order of $50 or more, and you'll earn $15 in rewards when they complete their first qualifying purchase.

No. You can continue referring new customers and earning rewards each time a friend completes their first qualifying purchase using your referral link.

Yes. Members can upload eligible receipts from authorized retailers, including Amazon, Chewy, Petco, PetSmart, and Walmart, to earn rewards points through The Pack.

Achievements are special milestones that reward members for completing key actions and demonstrating long-term loyalty. The Apple Wallet Pass makes it easy to keep your rewards information close at hand. Once added to your Apple Wallet, you can quickly view your points balance, membership tier, and rewards activity without logging into your account.
You'll also receive helpful updates directly through your Wallet Pass, including points earned, tier upgrades, points expiration reminders, and special bonus point opportunities. Simply add your pass to Apple Wallet and stay connected to The Pack wherever you go.
