Is my tier status for life?
Yep! Once you earn a tier, it’s yours. Even if your points expire, your tier status stays put. Think of it as lifetime recognition for being part of the Elixir community!
How do points work?
It’s this simple: For every dollar you spend on eligible purchases, you earn points. Earned points are converted into promotional redemption award dollars. You can apply these reward dollars to future purchases you make to make more out of your purchases. Depending on your tier status, you can be earning points at faster rates than standard, meaning more points for less dollars spent!
Do all purchases count for points?
All of your purchases made on elixirshots.com will count for points. You need to make sure you are logged into your account. Some exclusions may apply, but you will be explicitly notified if a purchase does not count for points.
What happens if I return my items?
Upon the return of an item, the spend applied to your tier status for the original purchase, as well as any points earned from the purchase, will be deducted from your account.
What is voting?
Voting is another cool way for you to earn points for free. If you answer questions that we ask you, you’ll get points awarded to your account. It’s super simple!
How will I receive my birthday gift?
If you’ve added your birthday to your account, we’ll send you a special gift on your big day. Just make sure you’re opted in to receive emails from us, we’ll send everything you need to redeem it straight to your inbox!
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire 12 calendar months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them!
How do referrals work?
Sharing Elixir is always appreciated. When you send your unique referral link to friends or family, they’ll receive $20 off their first order. Once they purchase, you’ll earn $20 off your order too. A win-win!
What happens if I pause my subscription?
Nothing is lost. You’ll keep all the points you’ve already earned. While your subscription is paused, you won’t earn new points (since no orders are being processed), but once you resume, you’ll pick up right where you left off!
