All you need to do to join our loyalty and rewards program is to create an account with us on our www.conniptiongin.com website! Simply follow the instructions to make an account with Conniption Gin and you’ll automatically be enrolled in loyalty so you can start earning points immediately.
The more you shop, the more benefits you earn! You’ll be able to earn points for any purchases you make either onsite at our cocktail bar, Corpse Reviver, in our Durham Distillery Tasting Room, or on https://durhamdistillery.com/ and www.conniptiongin.com. You can unlock new rewards by leveling up in our program and interacting with our features. Your tier status is determined by how many points you earn by purchasing and completing our loyalty activities and achievements. The more points you get, the higher your tier status will be. Take a look at our thresholds for tiers in the program description above.
For the Conniption Collective, tiers are named after Conniption’s award-winning gins based on their ABV level (from lowest ABV to highest).

It’s this simple: For every dollar you spend on eligible purchases, you earn points (1 point = $.10 for tier 1 and increases from there). Earned points are converted into promotional redemption award dollars. You can apply these reward dollars to future purchases you make to make more out of your purchases. Depending on your tier status, you can be earning points at faster rates than standard, meaning more points for less dollars spent!!
All purchases made across our four points of sale (Corpse Reviver Cocktail Bar and Lounge, Durham Distillery Tasting Room, and our two websites https://durhamdistillery.com/ and www.conniptiongin.com) will count for points. Please ensure you are logged into your account and/or tell the sales associate your loyalty program credentials for points to be added to your account. Some exclusions may apply, but you will be explicitly notified if a purchase does not count for points.
Important to note that if you make purchases at the Durham Distillery Tasting Room or on https://durhamdistillery.com/, there will be a 24-72 hour delay before the points will appear in your Conniption Collective account.

Returns and refunds are not available for purchases made on www.conniptiongin.com. For returns made from purchases in the Tasting Room, upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to your tier status for the original purchase will be deducted from your account.
Your points are very versatile! Not only can you use points to upgrade your tier and receive dollars off your purchases, but points can also be used to redeem free products from us. If you’ve earned enough points to unlock a free product, simply click the product you want and it will be added to your cart FOR FREE.

Achievements allow you to complete specific tasks and earn cool rewards upon completion. Take a look at all the available Achievements on our rewards page. You have to complete and start ticking them off one by one to truly master the loyalty game by unlocking some amazing rewards. Each Achievement tells you what you need to do to unlock it and what rewards you will get once the Achievement is unlocked.
All members who have provided their birthday information will be invited to redeem a birthday surprise during the month of their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is important that you opt in to receive marketing emails from us. Instructions on redemption will be provided in the email.
Yes, your points will expire 12 calendar months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points for purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them.
If you want to do something nice for your friends and family, you can share your unique link with them so that they get a discount on their first purchase ($15 off their purchase!). Share your link via email, phone number, or our different social media options, and receive points in your account when the person you refer makes a qualifying purchase. There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer to Conniption Gin.
Once you submit a friend’s email address via the referrals submission form in your account, they will receive a unique discount code via email to place their order and receive $15 off their purchase. Please note that referrals are only available for purchases made for ship-to-home and cannot be used for shop for pickup orders. Due to NC ABC laws, ship-to-home is not available for NC residents.
