What is The Loyalty Lounge?
The Loyalty Lounge is our way of saying thank you. It’s free to join and rewards you every time you shop with us. The more you indulge, the more points and perks come your way.

How do I join?
All you need to do is set up an account and you’ll automatically be enrolled so that you can start earning points immediately.

What benefits do I get?
The more you shop with us, the more you’ll be rewarded! You’ll earn points for every purchase you make and unlock new rewards by leveling up in the Loyalty Lounge and interacting with our features. The full list of benefits and rewards can be found above, so you can see exactly what you stand to earn!

How is my tier status determined?
It’s based on how much you’ve spent with us. Think of it as your very own D&D story unfolding- the more you’ve treated yourself (or others), the higher your tier. Check out the spending thresholds for each tier above.

Is my tier status for life?
Your tier status will reset every year on a 12-month rolling basis, so make sure that you stay within the threshold to maintain your tier and all of the amazing perks you have!

How do points work?
For every £1 you spend, you’ll earn points. These build up in your rewards balance and can be put towards future D&D purchases. Max Relaxers (our higher tier) will earn points at a faster rate.

More points = more pyjamas.

Do all purchases count for points?
All purchases made on https://desmondanddempsey.com will earn you points. You just need to make sure you are logged into your account. Some exclusions may apply, but we’ll make it clear if a purchase does not count for points.

What happens if I return my items?
If you return an item, the points and tier progress from that purchase will be removed from your account. No hard feelings — it’s just how the system works.

How do achievements work?
Achievements are here to make things more fun- take a look at the achievements section to find out how you can earn extra rewards. We think they’re rather satisfying to tick off.

How will I receive my birthday discount?
All members who have provided their birthday information will receive their discount via email on the day, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from us.

Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire 12 months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points before their expiration date- so if you’ve got your eye on something, treat yourself now!

How do referrals work?
Simply share your unique link with friends and family, giving them a discount on their first purchase. You’ll receive points in your account when someone you referred makes a qualifying purchase.
