All you need to do to join our loyalty and rewards program is to create an account with us! Simply follow the instructions to make an account and you’ll automatically be enrolled in loyalty so you can start earning points immediately.
Redeem your points for store credit, free products and more!
It’s this simple: For every dollar you spend on eligible purchases, you earn points. Earned points can be used to get a discount on your subscriptions or a one-time purchase. Once you earn points, hit “Apply points” to apply a discount to your current month’s subscription.
All of your purchases made on the Chief Nutrition website will count for points. You need to make sure you are logged into your account for your points to be added to your account.
When you pause your subscription, you’ll hold on the existing tier.
Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to your tier status for the original purchase will be deducted from your account.
Points expire after 6 months, to find the specific dates please visit your Rewards History tab.
