You’ll be able to earn spores (points) for any purchases you make and unlock new rewards by leveling up in our program and interacting with our features. Your tier status is based on your total spending with our store. Start a subscription to enter Family tier straight away. Check out the spending thresholds for each tier in the program description above.
Yep, your tier status will not change after you earned it! Even if your spores expire, you will not lose the tier status that you have gotten to. However, if you earned Family tier by starting a subscription, you must maintain an active subscription to stay in the tier.
It’s this simple: For every dollar you spend on eligible purchases, you earn spores (points). Earned spores are converted into discount codes. You can apply these discounts to future purchases you make to make more out of your purchases. Depending on your tier status, you can be earning spores at faster rates than standard, meaning more spores for less dollars spent!
Upon the return of an item, any spores earned from the purchase will be deducted from your account.
Yes, your spores will expire 12 months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your spores for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them.
All members who have provided their birthday information will be invited to redeem a gift on their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from us. Instructions on redemption will be provided in the email.
If you want to do something nice for your friends and family, you can share a discount code with them so that they get a discount on their first purchase. Share a discount via email or our different social media options and receive spores in your account when the person you refer makes a qualifying purchase.
Yes, the person referred does need to make a purchase using the referral code they received for the referral to count.
