Nápreva Rewards is our loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop. It’s free to sign up and you can then earn rewards for every purchase you make and for other activities like following us on social media, leaving a review or referring friends who may benefit from our products.

You can redeem rewards points for store credit that can be used for free shipping, discounts and even free products!

When you place an order, Shopify, the e-commerce platform that powers the Nápreva.com online store, automatically creates an account for you.

All you need to do is activate that account and Shopify then adds to it the orders you’ve placed and any awards points you have earned.

To activate your account, click “Account” in the upper right corner of any page on the Napreva.com web site.

You will then see a sign-in screen. Click “continue with shop”.

If you have never used or activated your account, Shopify will send you an email containing a one-time passcode. Be sure your in-box isn’t full and check your SPAM folder just in case.

Enter the one-time passcode and you’ll be logged into your account. At the top of the page, you’ll see Orders, Rewards, Refer and Profile. Click around. It’s pretty easy.

To check your rewards, what tier you are in or to redeem points, click on Rewards. And you’re kind enough to refer a friend or family member, click Refer.

Being logged into your account when you place an order is handy for other things. When you place and order, it can automatically populate information in your order – like your mailing address and email address. You can check on the status of your order and your rewards points are posted almost instantly. We do NOT store any credit card data, so you’ll have to enter that information each time.

We strongly recommend that you log out of your account if you’re not checking your rewards, redeeming points or ordering from the store. If you use your account frequently, log-in will be automatic from a device or location that Shopify recognizes. If you’re not a frequent visitor, you may have to receive another passcode to log in.

Once you have made $125 in purchases, you become a Sapling and earn 7 points for every dollar spent. When you’ve made $475 in purchases, you become a mighty Oak and earn 10 points for every dollar spent.

You can also earn points for leaving a review, referring friends and family, following on social media and more. You can then redeem points for store credit you can use for discounts and with enough points, free products in our store.

For every dollar you spend on purchases, you earn points. Depending on your tier status, you can be earning more points per dollar spent.

You redeem points for store credit. When you redeem, you get a discount code to enter in your shopping cart at checkout.

You earn points for purchases made on www.napreva.com, less discounts, shipping and taxes. Some exclusions may apply, but you will be explicitly notified if a purchase does not count for points.

If you have another discount code, you may use it. You’ll simply get fewer points for the discounted value of your purchase.

For refunded items, the dollar amount applied to your tier status for the original purchase and any points earned from the purchase, will be deducted from your account.

Voting is a way you to earn points without spending a dime. Just answer questions we ask from time to time and get points awarded to your account. It’s that simple!

You can redeem points for store credits that lower the cost of your purchases. With enough points, you can even get free products.

Check your account to see how many points you have and use the slider bar to decide how many points you want to redeem. Click the Redeem button and a coupon code is generated in the space below. Copy the coupon code and enter it in the discounts field in your shopping cart when you check out.

Yes. Points are kept in your account on a 12-month rolling basis. If your account is 13 months old, one month of unused points from the earliest month will drop off from your account. But you will receive a notification if you have points that will be expiring so you can be sure to use them.

Earn rewards for telling friends and family about Nápreva.

Log in to your account and click Referrals at the upper left side of the page. Type the email address of the person you want to refer in the email field. Then click the “Send” button.

The rewards system automatically creates and sends a referral code via email that gives them $15 off of their first purchase. When that code is used at checkout, you will be emailed a $15 off discount code.

You can copy and share a referral link to someone directly if you’d prefer to send them a short message on why you’re referring them to Nápreva. Using the link and the referral discount code then work as described above.

Yes. The person referred must make a purchase using the referral code they received for you to receive your reward for the referral.

No, there are no exclusions.
