What is the Nápreva Rewards program?
Nápreva Rewards is our loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop. It’s free to sign up and you can then earn rewards for every purchase you make and for other activities like following us on social media, leaving a review or referring friends who may benefit from our products.
You can redeem rewards points for store credit that can be used for free shipping, discounts and even free products!
How do I join the loyalty program?
When you place an order, Shopify, the e-commerce platform that powers the Nápreva.com online store, automatically creates an account for you.
All you need to do is activate that account and Shopify then adds to it the orders you’ve placed and any awards points you have earned.
To activate your account, click “Account” in the upper right corner of any page on the Napreva.com web site.
You will then see a sign-in screen. Click “continue with shop”.
If you have never used or activated your account, Shopify will send you an email containing a one-time passcode. Be sure your in-box isn’t full and check your SPAM folder just in case.
Enter the one-time passcode and you’ll be logged into your account. At the top of the page, you’ll see Orders, Rewards, Refer and Profile. Click around. It’s pretty easy.
To check your rewards, what tier you are in or to redeem points, click on Rewards. And you’re kind enough to refer a friend or family member, click Refer.
Being logged into your account when you place an order is handy for other things. When you place and order, it can automatically populate information in your order – like your mailing address and email address. You can check on the status of your order and your rewards points are posted almost instantly. We do NOT store any credit card data, so you’ll have to enter that information each time.
We strongly recommend that you log out of your account if you’re not checking your rewards, redeeming points or ordering from the store. If you use your account frequently, log-in will be automatic from a device or location that Shopify recognizes. If you’re not a frequent visitor, you may have to receive another passcode to log in.
