Liberty Loyalty is our free loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop. The more you spend, the more rewards and benefits you earn, that you can apply directly with us! Simple and easy.
All you need to do to join our loyalty and rewards program is to create an account with us! Simply follow the instructions to make an account with Liberty Landscape Supply and you’ll automatically be enrolled in loyalty so you can start earning points immediately. If you’ve already made an account with us, congrats! You are automatically enrolled.
The more you shop, the more benefits you earn! You’ll be able to earn points for any purchases you make and unlock new rewards by leveling up in our program and interacting with our features. The full list of benefits and rewards can be found in above, so you can see exactly what you stand to earn!
Your tier status is based on your total spending with our store. The more you shop, the higher your tier! Check out the spending thresholds for each tier in the program description above.
NO: Your tier status will reset every year on a 12 month rolling basis so make sure that you stay within the threshold to maintain your tier and all the amazing perks you have!
It’s this simple: For every dollar you spend on eligible purchases, you earn points. Earned points are converted into promotional redemption award dollars. You can apply these reward dollars to future purchases you make to make more out of your purchases. Depending on your tier status, you can be earning points at faster rates than standard, meaning more points for less dollars spent!
All of your purchases made online and at our stores will count for points. You need to make sure you are logged into your account or that you tell the sales associate your loyalty program details for your points to be added to your account. Some exclusions may apply, but you will be explicitly notified if a purchase does not count for points.
Upon the return of an item, the spend applied to your tier status for the original purchase, as well as any points earned from the purchase, will be deducted from your account.
Voting is another cool way for you to earn points for free. If you answer questions that we ask you, you’ll get points awarded to your account. It’s super simple!
Achievements allow you to complete specific tasks and earn cool rewards upon completion. Take a look at all the available achievements you have to complete and start ticking them off one by one to truly master the loyalty game by unlocking some amazing rewards. Each achievement tells you what you need to do to unlock it and what rewards you will get once the achievement is unlocked.
All members who have provided their birthday information will be invited to redeem a gift on their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from us. Instructions on redemption will be provided in the email.
Yes, your points will expire 24 calendar months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them.
Rewards points are not eligible to be collected or redeemed on installation or design services at this time.
