What benefits do I get in the loyalty program?
The more you wash, the more benefits you earn! You’ll be able to earn points for every order you complete. You can unlock new rewards by leveling up in our program and interacting with our challenges. How is my tier status determined?
Your tier status is determined by how much you have spent with Mother’s Earth since the launch of our program. Everyone starts on Tier 1, guaranteeing 5% off every order. Once you have spent 100 euros with us you reach the second tier of 10% off every order and 250 euros is the third level with 15% off every order. This is already on top of your normal subscription discount.
Is my tier status for life?
You will lose access to your tier benefits and points if you decide to cancel your subscription. If you have too much stock you can always easily manage your subscription by changing the frequency of your orders, pausing or skipping. No need to cancel and lose out on all of the benefits you have accumulated!
How do points work?
It’s this simple: For every dollar you spend on eligible purchases, you earn points. Earned points are converted into promotional redemption award dollars. You can apply these reward dollars to future purchases you make to make more out of your purchases. Depending on your tier status, you can be earning points at faster rates than standard, meaning more points for less dollars spent!!
Do all purchases count for points?
All of your purchases made on the https://mothersearth.com/ and at our stores will count for points. You need to make sure you are logged into your account or that you tell the sales associate your loyalty program details for your points to be added to your account. Some exclusions may apply, but you will be explicitly notified if a purchase does not count for points.
What happens if I return my items?
Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to your tier status for the original purchase will be deducted from your account.
How do challenges work?
Challenges allow you to complete specific tasks and earn cool rewards upon completion. Take a look at all the available challenges you have to complete and start ticking them off one by one to truly master the loyalty game by unlocking some amazing rewards. Each challenge tells you what you need to do to unlock it and what rewards you will get once the challenge is completed.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire 12 calendar months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them.
How do referrals work?
If you want to do something nice for your friends and family, you can share your unique link with them so that they get a discount on their first purchase. Share your link via email, phone number, or our different social media options and receive points in your account when the person you refer makes a qualifying purchase.
