Dermfx Rewards is our free loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you book with us, and gives you extra little bonuses for carrying out simple actions. The more you spend, the more rewards and benefits you earn, which you can use to redeem for free treatments in store. Earn 1 point for every dollar your spend.
All you need to do to join our loyalty and rewards program is to be an existing customer with us, or to create an account at a Dermfx location! From there, go to dermfx.com/dermfx-rewards/ to log in and see your current status.
The more you shop, the more benefits you earn! Once you earn points, you can redeem them in store at a Dermfx location for different free treatments. Just tell the store associate your email and they’ll redeem your treatment for you if you have enough points.
Your tier status is determined by how many points you earn by shopping with our store and completing our loyalty activities and achievements. The more points you get, the higher your tier status will be. Take a look at our thresholds for tiers in the program description above.
Your tier status will reset every year on the anniversary of you signing up so make sure that you always have enough points earned to maintain your tier and all the amazing perks you have!
All of your bookings made at Dermfx count towards earning points.
If you want to do something nice for your friends and family, just go to dermfx.com/dermfx-rewards/ and scroll to the referral section, put their email in, and send them a referral code. From there, your friend will receive a code that they can tell the store associate when they book at a Dermfx location for the first time. This will give them a $50 on their first treatment of over 199 USD, and once the booking is made, you as the referrer will also receive 500 points in your DermFx account.
All members who have provided their birthday information will have an exclusive point reward added to their account on their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from us.
Yes, your points will expire 12 calendar months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them.
