What is Snusforsale Rewards?
Snusforsale Rewards is our free loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop. The more you spend, the more rewards and benefits you earn! Simple and easy.

How do I join the loyalty program?
All you need to do to join Snusforsale Rewards is to create an account with us! Simply follow the instructions to create an account and you’ll automatically be enrolled in the loyalty program so you can start earning points immediately.

What benefits do I get in the loyalty program?
The more you shop, the more benefits you earn! You’ll be able to earn points for any purchases you make and unlock new rewards by leveling up in our program and interacting with our features. The full list of benefits and rewards can be found above, so you can see exactly what you stand to earn!

How is my tier status determined?
Your tier status is based on your total spending with our store. The more you shop, the higher your tier! Check out the spending thresholds for each tier in the program description above.

Is my tier status for life?
Yes, your tier status will not change after you earned it! Even if your points expire, you will not lose the tier status that you have gotten to.

How do points work?
It’s this simple: For every €/$1 you spend on eligible purchases, you earn 1 point. Earned points can then be converted into discount coupons that you can then use in future purchases. Depending on your tier status, you can be earning points at faster rates than standard, meaning more points for less money spent.

Do all purchases count for points?
All of your purchases made on our site will count for points. You need to make sure you are logged into your account when making a purchase.

What happens if I return my items?
Upon the return of an item, the spend applied to your tier status for the original purchase, as well as any points earned from the purchase, will be deducted from your account.

How do achievements work?
Achievements allow you to complete specific tasks and earn cool rewards upon completion. Take a look at all the available achievements you have to complete and start ticking them off one by one to truly master the loyalty game by unlocking some amazing rewards. Each achievement tells you what you need to do to unlock it and what rewards you will get once the achievement is unlocked.

How will I receive my birthday gift?
All members who have provided their birthday information will be invited to redeem a gift on their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email.

Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire 12 calendar months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them.

How do referrals work?
If you want to do something nice for your friends and family, you can share your unique link with them so that they get a discount on their first purchase. Share your link via email or by copying the link and receive points in your account when the person you refer makes a purchase.
