Biogents Rewards is our free loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop and how much you spread the Biogents message to friends, family and neighborhoods. The more you spend, the more rewards and benefits you earn, that you can apply directly with us! Simple and easy.
All you need to do to join our loyalty and rewards program is to create an account with Biogents! Simply create an account by clicking „Sign up“ on this page. You can also create a customer account by clicking on "My account" in the top right-hand menu. You’ll automatically be enrolled in loyalty so you can start earning points immediately.
The more you shop, the more benefits you earn! You’ll be able to earn points for any purchases you make and unlock new rewards over time. You can also collect points by following our social media channels or by referring our products to friends and neighbors. The full list of benefits and rewards can be found above, so you can see ways to earn points to redeem discounts.
It’s this simple: For every Euro you spend, you earn points. Earned points are converted into discount codes you can use at checkout.
All purchases you make in the Biogents EU Shop after you have registered for your customer account will be awarded points. You need to make sure you are logged into your customer account to receive points on purchases. Past purchases are not eligible for points and points will not be retroactively applied.
If you want to do something nice for your neighbors, friends and family, you can send them a 20% discount code to apply on their first purchase at Biogents. Once they place an order you will be notified and 10 € in points will be added to your account. To send the discount code to them enter their email under the REFER A FRIEND section listed above or share via social media.
Past purchases are not eligible for points and points will not be retroactively applied. All of your purchases made on eu-shop.biogents.com AFTER you sign up for our loyalty program will count for points. You need to make sure you are logged into your loyalty account to receive points on purchases.
If you return an order, your points get automatically deducted for the points that you earned on that purchase. If you use points on an order that you returned, you can reach out to customer service at webshop@biogents.com and we can add those points back to your account.
Points do not expire.
Points cannot be combined or transferred.
No, points that you redeem for discount codes cannot be stacked with other coupon or discount codes.
No, rewards can only be accumulated and used on purchases made directly on our website: eu-shop.biogents.com.
When you redeem your points, they are automatically converted into a discount code. Therefore, the redeemed points are no longer shown as available in your points balance.
Don't worry – your points have not been lost. Their value is securely stored in your discount code and can be used during checkout.
After creating a discount code, you will also receive a confirmation email containing the code. If you do not want to use it immediately, simply save this email and use the same discount code for a future purchase.
