How do I earn points?
Easy! Just scan the QR code on the shuttle. You can scan up to twice per day, earning a maximum of 200 points daily.

How do I redeem my points?
Stop by any participating Pru retailer to redeem your points for gift cards. Points can be redeemed in increments of $25 (2,500 points). Participating retailers include A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, Dollop, Giordano’s, and Wildberry. You can also redeem points directly on the site for an Amtrak gift card.

How do the tiers work?
You’ll accumulate points throughout each quarter, which determine your status: Bronze, Silver, or Gold. At the end of each quarter, your status earns you entries into a raffle for exciting prizes—automatically! Prizes will be announced on the mezzanine digital signage and may include Lollapalooza tickets, Soldier Field concerts, Bears tickets, and more. Winners will be notified via their work email.

Who can participate in Ride and Shine?
Ride and Shine is available to riders of the Pru shuttle system. Participation is limited to Pru tenants.

What happens to my points if I leave Pru as an employee?
If you leave Pru as an employee, your Ride & Shine points can no longer be redeemed. You will also be automatically removed from any upcoming raffle drawings, regardless of your participation in the program during that quarter.
