All you need to do to join our loyalty and rewards program is to create an account with us! Simply follow the instructions to make an account with Pristine and you’ll automatically be enrolled in loyalty so you can start earning points immediately.

Your tier status is determined by the total value of your completed cleanings. The more we clean, the higher your tier status will be. Take a look at our thresholds for tiers in the program description above.
It’s simple: for every dollar you spend on cleanings, you earn points. These points can be redeemed as promotional credits toward future cleanings—giving you real value back for staying with us. As you move up in tier status, you’ll earn points even faster—meaning more rewards with fewer dollars spent!
All of your cleanings from Pristine House Cleaning will count towards points. Every cleaning will automatically enter points into your account.

Not only can you use points to upgrade your tier and receive dollars off your purchases, Points can also be redeemed for free add-ons, and exclusive rewards—all directly through us. If you’ve earned enough points for a reward, just contact us and we’ll take care of the rest.
All loyalty members who have shared their birthday with us will receive bonus points based on their tier level. You’ll get an email on your birthday with your reward details, so make sure you're opted in to receive marketing emails from us.

Yes, your points will expire 12 months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points towards your cleanings or redeem them for add-ons before their expiration date to make the most of them.
