How do I redeem my points?
Exchange them for a JECT gift card in your rewards dashboard, then apply it at your next visit. Your dashboard shows what your points are worth and lets you choose when to redeem.
How do I join?
Create your JECT account and you are in. There is no cost to join, and points start collecting from your first visit.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent, and more as you move up the tiers.

Which purchases earn points?
Every dollar you spend at JECT earns points.
Do members earn points faster?
Yes. Members earn 1.25 points per $1 at Bronze, 1.5 at Silver, 1.75 at Gold, and 2 points per $1 at Emerald.
Do my points expire?
Your points are good for two years from the day you earn them.
Do my rewards expire?
Once you turn your points into a JECT gift card, you have a year to use it.
What are the tiers?
There are four: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Emerald. Each one earns points faster than the last and adds a new benefit. Bronze is yours as soon as you join, and purchasing a JECT membership is what allows you to progress to Silver, Gold, and Emerald.
How do I keep my tier status?
Your tier looks at a rolling 12 months, so as long as your spend over the past year stays at your threshold, your perks stay with you. When you are ready for the next tier, your dashboard shows exactly what it takes to reach it.
How is a tier different from a membership?
Your tier is your JECT Rewards status, earned through what you spend with us. Your JECT membership is something you purchase, and it gives you access to member pricing at every visit. They work together — members earn points at a faster rate at every tier.

How does the birthday reward work?
Add your birthday to your account and we will send your reward to redeem during your birthday month. Members receive a larger one, and Emerald members receive the largest.
Where do I see my points and tier?
In your rewards dashboard, along with your progress to the next tier. Add your pass to Apple Wallet and it travels with you.
How does referring a friend work?
Share your link. Your friend receives $50 toward their first visit, and you receive $50 once they complete it.
When do I receive my $50?
After your friend uses their referral offer on a completed treatment. You will see it in your rewards balance.
Can I refer more than one person?
As many as you like. Your dashboard tracks every referral you have sent, what is pending, and what you have earned.
