FAQs

How is my tier status determined?
Your tier status is determined by how often you shop at Bedford Village Flower Shoppe. The more you purchase, the higher your tier status will be. You start off in the Bloom Buddies tier, then move up to Petal Perks, and finally Floral Royalty.

How long does my tier status last?
Your tier status will reset annually on the date you first signed up for the loyalty program.

Do all purchases count toward rewards?
Yes! All purchases made will count toward your rewards. Simply make sure you are logged into your account when shopping on our website, or tell the sales associate your loyalty program details if you’re shopping in-person at our flower and gift shop.

Can I earn additional bonus points?
Yes! In addition to the points you earn from the purchases you make, you can earn bonus points by doing things like following us on social media, sharing your birthday, leaving a review, attending a class, and referring friends. All of these methods are listed above, on your Rewards page.

How will I receive my birthday points?
All members who provided their birthday information will receive bonus points during their birthday month, and will be notified via email. Be sure to share your birthday information with us on the Rewards page above!

How will I receive my 'Give $25 Get $25’ referral voucher?
After you’ve submitted your referral, and your friend has made an eligible purchase, you will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem your reward. Please be sure you are logged into your Bedford Village Flower Shoppe account with the email address used to sign-up for the Loyalty Program when you submit your referral. At check-out, please enter the voucher code that you received via email, under 'Discount code or gift card'.

Do my rewards expire?
Yes, your benefits and rewards will expire each year. The program resets on the date you originally signed up for our Loyalty Program, so be sure to use your rewards before their expiration date!
